My father is a cat lover and has provided  homes to many stray cats that friends, family and some strangers have dropped on his doorstep over the years.  He is 78 and unfortunately has been in poor health for a while and finally had to be hospitalized last week.  Even if he makes it back home, he knows that he cannot keep up with the cats and has asked us to try to find homes for  them.  We gave 4 of the cats to McKamey today and were told that they seemed like very adoptable kitties, which we were relieved to hear.

Could anyone help us place two of his outdoor cats which are particularly friendly and would make wonderful pets – Skye and Sillygirl (don’t know her name or if she is a girl).  Skye seems to love people and is very playful. The Sillygirl cat is young, sweet and people friendly and would make a great pet too.   They have all been spayed.
Attached are pictures of Skye and SillyGirl.  I live in Charlottesville, VA so am trying to do this from afar.  My brother, James Williams, is the only local family member and is currently feeding the cats but has his hands full with my father’s care.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.  I appreciate any help or advice you can give us.
Yours sincerely,
Mary Wolf
